Lap Joint Flanges
Used with stub ends where frequent dismantling or dissimilar-metal isolation is needed; keeps the costly alloy in the stub end only.
Shanxi Yuxin Casting & Forging Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992 in the Zhuangli Enclave Industrial Zone of Dingxiang County, Shanxi — the cluster that produces a large share of the world's forged flanges. Billet cutting, open-die and press forging, normalising and tempering, CNC turning and drilling all happen under our own roof, which is why we can control heat numbers, dimensions and delivery dates instead of chasing them.
Buyers work with us for three reasons: documentation that passes third-party inspection, drawing-based manufacturing for non-standard sizes, and an export team that speaks the language of stockists and EPC procurement.
ISO 9001 quality system, TUV-audited processes, AD-Merkblatt W0/TRD 100 and PED compliance with 3.1B certificates.
Flanges forged from your drawing, sample or ASME/EN datasheet, including oversized and special-facing items.
Seaworthy wooden cases or steel pallets, FOB/CIF/DDP terms and complete export documentation packs.
From DN15 hand-fit fittings to 2500 lb weld neck flanges and heat-exchanger tube sheets — machined to face finish, checked by heat number, packed for the port.
Used with stub ends where frequent dismantling or dissimilar-metal isolation is needed; keeps the costly alloy in the stub end only.
Small-bore, high-pressure service where a smooth bore and strong fatigue resistance matter — common in hydraulic and steam lines.
Flat-face plate and forged plain flanges for water, HVAC and low-pressure utility systems — the volume workhorse for distributors.
Backing and retaining flanges for rubber and metal expansion joints, drilled to your bellows supplier's template.
Before you send an RFQ, check the capability window below. It reflects the equipment on our shop floor — presses, ring rolling mills, normalising furnaces and CNC vertical lathes — not a catalogue copied from a standard.

Need something outside this table? Non-standard geometry is routine work for us — send the drawing through the contact page or request the dimensional catalog.
Every sector stresses a joint differently. We match material grade, heat treatment and testing scope to the real service condition — vibration, cryogenic temperature, sour gas or heavy shock load.
Wellhead and gathering lines: Class 900–2500, RTJ facing, sour-service options.
Forged hubs, rings and connection flanges with controlled grain flow.
Fatigue-critical forgings with full traceability and impact testing.
Repeat-order machined parts held to tight dimensional tolerance.
High shock-load forgings for excavators and hydraulic assemblies.
Because casting, forging, heat treatment, machining, drilling, stamping and packing all sit inside our own plant, a deviation is caught at the next station — not at your inspection gate.

Verified heat numbers and billet cutting to calculated forging weight.

Press and ring-rolled forging for continuous grain flow and density.

Recorded furnace curves for normalising, tempering or solution annealing.

CNC turning of faces, bores and hubs to the specified Ra finish.

Bolt circles drilled and straddle-checked against the governing standard.

Hard stamping of grade, size, rating, heat number and our logo.

Fumigated cases, steel pallets, VCI wrap and container load plans.

Request a Catalog →Our export desk works with flange stockists, fabricators and procurement teams every day. That experience is packaged into six services designed to remove the usual overseas-sourcing friction.
Our engineers advise on material grade, pressure rating, facing type and the correct standard before the order is placed — reducing rework and rejection risk.
We forge to your drawing, sample or datasheet: special bores, thicker hubs, extra bolt holes, oversized rings and drilling templates for expansion joints.
Itemised specifications, tonnage, packing detail, realistic lead time and Incoterms — written so your purchasing and QA departments can both sign off.
Documented QC gates with material certificates, UT/MT reports, hardness and dimensional records; third-party inspection and witness points welcomed.
Container optimisation, seaworthy packing, plus commercial invoice, packing list, MTC and certificate of origin prepared for smooth customs clearance.
Sample flanges and low-MOQ trial lots for evaluation, so new distributor partners can validate quality before committing to container volumes.
To compete in regulated markets we built a formal quality assurance system early. Our processes are approved to ISO 9001 and audited by TUV CERT, with manufacturing according to AD-Merkblatt W0 / TRD 100 and PED, and material certification to DIN 50049 / EN 10204 3.1B.

Long-running supply relationships with international pipe and flange distributors, energy groups and industrial traders — several of them running for more than a decade.

Every batch carries an EN 10204 / DIN 50049 3.1B mill test certificate with heat number, chemical composition, mechanical properties and heat-treatment record. Ultrasonic testing, PMI, hardness, impact and dimensional reports are available on request, together with commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
Standard carbon steel items in common sizes ship in about 7–15 days. Forged-to-order and non-standard flanges usually need 25–35 days, depending on size, material availability and the heat-treatment cycle. Low-MOQ trial orders are accepted for new distributor partners.
Carbon steel (A105, Q235B, C22.8, P250GH), low-temperature and alloy steel (A350 LF2, A182 F5/F11/F22, 16Mn), stainless steel (304/304L, 316/316L, 321), duplex (F51/F53) and nickel alloys on a project basis.
